PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT
We build physical prototypes to evaluate the product’s size, structure, proportions and usability before moving into tooling.

Every product starts with an idea. We turn that idea into something real through design, engineering, prototyping, testing and manufacturing.
EVERY PRODUCT STARTS WITH A QUESTION.
What could work better?
We begin by understanding the problem, the user and what the product needs to become.

Since 2014, our team has been developing and manufacturing innovative consumer products for global e-commerce, retail and distribution channels.
Behind every product is a hands-on process of sketching, prototyping, testing, refining and manufacturing.

Most first versions are far from perfect.
Our early CF01 sketches were bulky and awkward. We kept changing the shape, structure and details until the product began to feel right.
Ideas have to survive reality.
Prototypes allow us to test structure, usability, assembly and performance before committing to production.

We build physical prototypes to evaluate the product’s size, structure, proportions and usability before moving into tooling.

Dedicated test boards are developed to validate key electronic functions, control logic and system performance during development.

Different motor solutions are tested and adjusted to achieve the stable, controlled operation required for the brewing system.

That is how we build.
Not every prototype works the first time. We test, find problems, improve the details and keep refining until the product meets our standards.
We continuously refine the product’s shape, proportions and internal structure to improve usability, appearance and overall integration.
We optimize the PCBA design and fine-tune the pre-infusion control system to improve stability, consistency and brewing performance.
Mold design is repeatedly reviewed and adjusted to improve fit, precision, surface quality and production consistency.
Engineering Behind the Product
Our experience spans product design, structural engineering, tooling, electronics, testing and small-appliance manufacturing.Years of development have resulted in nearly 100 domestic and international patents, including design and invention patents, supported by real product-development experience.
After tooling begins, mold components go through precision CNC machining and related processes to achieve the required dimensions and fit.
Production parts are formed through controlled injection molding to ensure consistent shape, surface quality and structural accuracy.
Each molded component is checked for appearance, dimensions, fit and defects before moving to the next stage.
Electronic components are mounted and soldered onto the PCBA through a controlled SMT assembly process to support stable product operation.
Motors are tested for stability, speed and operating performance before being approved for assembly.
Mechanical, electronic and brewing components are brought together through a controlled assembly process before final testing and quality inspection.
Tested before production moves forward.
Functional testing, brewing tests, temperature verification and final inspection help us confirm that the product is ready for the next stage. We work with brands, retailers and partners to turn product ideas into manufacturable, market-ready products.

Each finished unit goes through functional testing and final inspection to verify brewing performance, assembly quality, appearance and key functions before approval.

Approved products are carefully packed with the required accessories and protective materials to help ensure safe handling and transportation.

Finished products are prepared for shipment and dispatched to customers and distribution partners around the world.
