For the best customization result, please provide vector artwork such as AI, EPS, DXF or PLT whenever possible.
A digital preview or sample confirmation will be provided before production. Once the final design and customization details are approved, changes may no longer be possible.

Standard co-branding projects are typically planned around **5-6 weeks**, depending on quantity, customization and shipping requirements. OEM / ODM development timelines vary by project.
Customized products are made specifically for each project and generally cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality-related reasons. Confirmed quality issues will be handled according to the agreed project terms.
