To ensure absolute clarity and precision, please provide your logos or designs as vector files (e.g., .dxf, .plt, .ai, .eps).
2. Design Collaboration
Contact us to refine your design drafts. We will finalize all details and provide a digital preview before production to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note: Customization requirements cannot be modified after the final effect of the logo is confirmed.
3. Pricing Details
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is strictly 20 units. Costs depend on the complexity of your custom features. After receiving your specific requirements, our team will provide a bespoke quote.
4. Expected Delivery
Production and delivery are typically planned within 5 weeks. Timeframes may adjust based on order volume, customization specifics, and global shipping logistics. Please contact us if you need expedited logistics (extra shipping fees may occur).
5. After-Sales Policy
Due to the personalized nature of these items, returns or exchanges for non-quality issues are not supported. Defective products will be replaced (with a non-customized standard version) or refunded within 4 weeks.
