Where is the CF01 body personalization placed?
Body personalization is placed in the designated area directly above the original COKAFEGO logo.
How large can the body personalization be?
The maximum design area is approximately 2.36 in wide × 3.15 in high / 6 cm wide × 8 cm high. All text, logos and images must fit within this area.
Can I submit my own logo or image?
Yes. Submit the clearest file available. We recommend 2K resolution or higher and a simple, uncluttered background whenever possible.
Will I see the design before production?
Yes. A dedicated COKAFEGO customization specialist will send you a visual preview by WhatsApp or email. Production begins only after you approve it.
How long does personalization take?
Personalization typically requires approximately 10–20 days after the final design is approved.
Can I remove or replace the COKAFEGO logo?
No. Personal customization is added to an existing COKAFEGO-branded CF01. For OEM, private-label, co-branding or corporate customization, please use our dedicated business customization services.
Can personalized CF01 products be returned or exchanged?
Personalized CF01 products are made specifically for each customer and are therefore final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged for non-quality reasons, including preference changes or customer-submitted personalization errors.
What if my personalized CF01 has a quality problem?
If your personalized CF01 has a confirmed quality issue, please contact our support team. We will review the problem and provide the appropriate replacement part or another suitable solution based on the specific issue. Our goal is to make sure every customer is properly supported.
Coming to COKAFEGO After Kickstarter
CF01 is currently available through our Kickstarter campaign. Once the campaign concludes, we plan to open direct sales on the official COKAFEGO website.
